Cook-PART TIME

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The Cook will work closely with other kitchen staff to execute menu items, maintain kitchen standards, and uphold food safety regulations.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.- Ensure all dishes are presented in a visually appealing manner with attention to detail.- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment.- Assist in inventory management by tracking kitchen supplies and placing orders as needed.- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations at all times.- Manage multiple food orders and ensure timely preparation and service.- Provide training and support to junior kitchen staff as required.
• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.- Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.- Strong understanding of food safety principles and practices.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Culinary school diploma/SERVE SAFE or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
