Property Maintenance & Grounds Keeper

Pay: Negotiable (Includes mileage reimbursement)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a reliable individual to manage the day-to-day upkeep of multiple properties. This role involves a mix of outdoor groundskeeping and indoor mechanical preventative maintenance, with a specific focus on boiler systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Groundskeeping: Daily debris pickup, sweeping, and light landscaping
• Trash Management: Regular trash changeouts for designated properties.
• General Maintenance: Minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Boiler Care: Monitor and perform preventative maintenance on boiler systems.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years in maintenance or janitorial work (Preferred).
• Technical: Specific familiarity and experience working with boilers.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel between sites.
• Physical: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Tools: Must possess basic hand/power tools required for general repairs.
• Soft Skills: Strong time management, professional attitude, and the ability to work independently.
