Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Engage in warm calling efforts to follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and enhance business development efforts.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Knowledge about skin and skin health, ability to consult about skin care, or have the ability to learn in a high paced environment.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or related fields, preferably in B2B or technology sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual targets.
  • A background in technical sales or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40, $150,000.00 per year
