outside sales representative

Complete Office of Wisconsin is looking for a sharp, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our business to business outside sales team in the Fox Valley. (Appleton, Neenah, Oshkosh) Our Outside Sales Representatives lead the organization's business development efforts – seeking and assessing new opportunities, building strong relationships, and adding value for our current customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cold call prospects as well as maintaining and growing a large existing customer base of business

• Create lead lists of prospective customers

• Deliver sales presentations to key client decision makers

• Work closely with operations to provide best solution proposals to customers and prospects

• Demonstrate a passion for learning and presenting products and services

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience

• Meet sales objectives and goals as established by the company

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

-Ability to act in a fast-paced environment

-Self-starter, interested in maximizing results

-Excellent selling, customer service, and presentation skills

-Advanced verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to apply problem-solving skills

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook

-Strong attention to detail and ability to organize

-Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
