We are expanding and looking to add motivated real estate agents—both newly licensed and experienced—who want real opportunity, structure, and support to grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct property showings, consultations, and listing appointments
  • Write and negotiate contracts
  • Communicate professionally with lenders, inspectors, and other agents
  • Use brokerage systems to manage clients and transactions

Requirements

  • Interest in building a career in real estate
  • Florida real estate license or willingness to complete licensing requirements
  • Ability to regularly work in Citrus County or surrounding areas
  • Strong communication skills and reliability
  • Willingness to learn, be coached, and work with clients in person

This is a local, in-person opportunity. Candidates must be able to regularly work in our primary service area.

Income Potential

Real estate is commission-based and performance-driven.

Once licensed and active, agents at our brokerage commonly earn $50,000–$75,000+ annually, with strong performers exceeding $100,000 per year.

Results depend on effort, availability, and follow-through. We don't promise overnight success—but we do provide the systems, support, and access to real customer opportunities that help agents build income faster than at many traditional brokerages.
