Triumph, Inc. is now hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) / In-Home Caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in reaching their independent living goals.

As a Direct Support Professional / In-Home Caregiver, you will:

• Assist individuals in their homes and community
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life
• Use creativity, compassion, and patience to teach life skills and support personal goals
• Adapt to different environments and needs with professionalism and positivity

What We're Looking For:

• A caring, reliable, and flexible person with a teacher's heart
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work various shifts
• A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance (mileage is reimbursed)

Pay & Shift Details:

• Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (awake), $8.25/hour (sleep)
• +$0.50/hour after training modules and 90-day favorable review
• $1.00/hour shift differential on weekends: Friday 4:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM
• Higher starting pay possible with verified experience
