Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience is highly valued. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using POS and cashiering systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Build positive guest relations through friendly communication and attentive service
• Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including host/host or bar service experience preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Experience in fine dining or nightlife environments is advantageous but not required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a hospitality setting
