Remote Phone Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Phone Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via outbound calls to promote and sell our technology solutions and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technical sales. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while contributing to business development and customer acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage with potential customers through effective communication, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company objectives.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines accurately.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target markets and refine outreach strategies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology products and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently, including warm calling techniques.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies related to outbound sales efforts is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and drive revenue growth through customer engagement.
