Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS system
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and processing payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available for service.
• Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic math for accurate measurement of ingredients, change calculation, and sales reconciliation.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of alcohol laws, and responsible serving techniques.
