Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting
• Lead a team of landscapers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accurate reporting and client communication
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed consistently across job sites to protect team members and clients
• Provide training to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of gardening practices and lawn care techniques
• Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, construction methods, and general maintenance tasks
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with clients or project managers
• Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Relevant certifications or training in horticulture, landscape construction, or related fields are a plus
• Valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $29.49 per hour
