Job Description
The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

We are successful because we work with a sense of urgency and energy. * · Confer with both prospective and current customers by telephone or email to provide information, provide pricing quotes and sourcing, and obtain details of complaints. · Review current inventory and check for material availability, order as necessary from vendors, and provide internal sources information as required. · Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. · Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. · Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments. · Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise. · Maintain spreadsheet on customer pricing as well as vendor pricing for material. · Other duties may be assigned as needed including but not limited to answering phones, filling in for employees while they are out, filing, etc. · Exercise clear management decision power over client/customer deliverables and make decisions suitable for the situation.
