This position is based on-site at our office in Santa Ana, CA.
How you will contribute
Our Sales Development Representativeis responsible foridentifying, developing, and driving revenue for the companys suite of SaaS and Cloud software solutions. The SDR prospects new clients, from mid-market to smallbusinesses, building key relationships and knowledge about their business while articulating product value.
* Conductshigh volume prospecting for qualified leads (a minimum of100calls and emails per day).
* Educatesprospective clients on company products and services.
* Buildshonest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers.
* Helpspotential customers discoverunmetneeds and how we can deliver extraordinary value.
* Workswith andcollaborateswith the company's Sales Executives.
* Schedulesdemos for Sales Executives.
* Generatesandmaintainsexpert knowledge of the product,industry, competition, markethappenings,and trends.
* Meetsand exceedsmonthly salesopportunitiesand meetingsscheduledgoals.
* ConsistentlyusesSalesforceto logactivity.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
* Experience with SaaS or Cloud Solution sales is highly preferred.
* Experience with SalesLoft and ZoomInfoishighly preferred.
* Stronginterpersonal skillsand friendly professional demeanor on the phone.
* Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer.
* Ability to articulate product value proposition.
* Highly intelligent, driven, and collaborative, with a strong passion for achieving results.
* Resourceful and adaptable to change.
* Responds well to andseeksout feedback to improve sales performance.
Compensation The base hourly range for this position is $26.50 - $29.00, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure.Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
