What You'll Do
* Manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business within your territory * Sell bearings and related industrial products to distributors, OEMs, and end users * Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and providing solutions * Work independently to plan territory strategy, sales calls, and account growth * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and order fulfillment
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in bearing sales (required) * Outside sales or territory management experience preferred * Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills * Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently * No college degree required — experience and results matter most
