Bullock, Logan Associates is a small, well-established Manufacturer's Representative firm serving the Commercial and Industrial HVAC industry. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. If you have a passion for taking on new challenges, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a dynamic industry, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Outside Sales team by providing administrative and sales assistance * Prepare and generate customer quotations * Coordinate project bids * Log quotations and sales activities into the company database for tracking and reporting purposes * Communicate with customers via phone * Work closely with both the sales team and customers to ensure exceptional service and project success
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in customer service * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to multitask and stay organized * Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
