Sales Responsibilities
* Approach, greet, and assist customers on the showroom floor and lot
* Handle incoming internet and phone leads promptly and professionally
* Set appointments and guide customers through the online and in-store buying process
* Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and actively listening
* Confidently present vehicles and clearly explain their features, benefits, and options
* Build rapport and create a memorable customer experience
* Learn to overcome objections and successfully close sales
* Report opportunities, follow-up progress, and customer needs to management

Requirements
* Valid driver's license
* Strong communication skills—verbal and written
* Energetic, positive, professional, outgoing, and self-motivated with strong objection-handling skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) * Must be willing to complete a background check * Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
