S&S Electrical Supply specializes in obsolete, hard-to-find, and specialty electrical equipment. For 20+ years, weve helped contractors, maintenance teams, and industrial facilities keep their systems running when standard supply houses cant deliver.
We are growing and looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is: Knowledgeable about electrical parts Confident on the phone Detail-oriented and accurate Motivated to build relationships and close deals
If you enjoy a mix of technical product knowledge, customer service, and solution-based selling this is the role for you.
What Youll Do Manage and grow sales of in-stock electrical equipment: breakers, panels, switchgear, and related materials Help customers find the right obsolete or specialty part for their job Build lasting relationships with contractors, electricians, and industrial clients Make warm and cold calls to generate new opportunities Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities Understand competitive products and pricing to position our solutions effectively Work closely with operations to ensure accurate orders and exceptional service Keep customer records, quotes, and follow-ups organized and precise
Who Thrives in This Role Someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and connecting with customers A person who is detail-oriented, thorough, and comfortable working with technical information Someone who is proactive, competitive, and motivated to take initiative and close deals
What Were Looking For Working knowledge of electrical equipment, breakers, and basic electrical systems Strong phone sales and customer service skills Organized, dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple customer requests Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Shopify a plus)
What We Offer $20$30/hr + monthly commission (Total earnings $40,000$70,000+) Full-time schedule, MondayFriday, 8:004:00 no nights, weekends, or travel Paid major holidays off Benefits available after 90 days A supportive team with deep product knowledge A stable company where your skills and initiative make a real impact
