Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Skilled Trades Staffing Location: San Diego, CA Reports To: Director of Sales Base Salary: $60,000-$67,000 + Car/Travel Reimbursement + Commission

As we expand our client-facing efforts, we are building a team of high-performing Outside Sales Representatives to lead the charge.
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, self-directed Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and expanding our presence in a defined geographic territory. This is a full-cycle outside sales role with ownership of prospecting, meeting setting, proposals, and closing. You'll spend the majority of your time in the field, visiting client sites, attending industry events, and growing your market.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a geographic outside sales territory: Mobile, San Diego, or Norfolk region * Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, drop-ins, LinkedIn, and networking events * Schedule and attend 4+ in-person meetings per week with decision-makers * Conduct regular onsite visits (OSVs) with both prospective and existing clients * Deliver staffing proposals and negotiate terms with production, ops, and HR leaders * Close deals and hand off to recruiting team with complete, detailed intake * Enter and maintain all sales activity, proposals, contacts, and meeting outcomes in our CRM (PipeDrive) * Consistently meet and exceed KPIs set by leadership (calls, meetings, OSVs, signed contracts) * Attend local and regional industry association events as a visible brand representative * Reactivate dormant accounts inactive for 12+ months
Qualifications
* 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (staffing, construction, industrial preferred) * Proven track record of managing your own territory and meeting/exceeding KPIs * Comfortable with high activity levels and autonomous scheduling * Excellent communicator with ability to build trust in-person and follow through * Familiar with CRMs and data entry * Highly self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
