Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a QA Supervisor - Production Lines to oversee quality assurance processes across production and assembly lines. This role ensures that all products meet internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements while supporting production efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced production environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and execute quality assurance inspections across production and assembly lines * Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards * Monitor production output to identify defects, deviations, or quality risks * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions * Train and coach production staff on quality requirements and best practices * Collaborate with Production, Operations, and HR to address performance or compliance issues * Maintain accurate QA documentation, reports, and audit records * Support internal and external quality audits as required * Escalate quality concerns that may impact safety, compliance, or customer satisfaction * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing, assembly, or production environments * Prior experience supervising or leading QA teams is preferred * Strong understanding of production line processes and quality control methods * Ability to read and follow SOPs, specs, and work instructions * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Comfortable working on the production floor for extended periods * Strong communication and documentation skills * Experience in Beauty, Nutritional, or regulated environments is a plus
Physical & Work Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, and inspect production lines throughout the shift * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs if required * Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment
