Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Your primary focus will be assisting with sales inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. * Assist the sales team with order processing, including entering orders into the system and tracking shipments. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products. Provide product information and price quotes to customers * Ability to work within a fast-paced and team environment
Skills:
* Strong background in Sales and Customer Service is essential for success in this role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. * Proficient with CRM and MS Office software with the ability to type 50 WPM. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and record keeping. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
