Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in data visualization and statistical techniques, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Collection & Management
* Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms). * Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems. * Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
* Analysis & Insights
* Perform advanced statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and predictive modeling. * Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in large datasets. * Translate data findings into clear business recommendations.
* Visualization & Reporting
* Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker. * Present insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling. * Automate reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
* Collaboration
* Partner with business units, product managers, and engineers to define KPIs and metrics. * Support data-driven decision-making across marketing, finance, operations, and product teams. * Mentor junior analysts and enforce best practices in data analysis.
* Advanced Analytics
* Apply machine learning techniques for classification, clustering, and regression tasks. * Conduct A/B testing and experiment design for product and marketing initiatives. * Work with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) for large-scale analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Education : Bachelor's/Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. * Experience : 7+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles. * Technical Expertise :
* Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation. * Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling. * Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker). * Knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros). * Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). * Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
Soft Skills :
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
Certifications Core / Must-Have
* Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) * Tableau Desktop Specialist / Tableau Certified Data Analyst * Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
Preferred Advanced Certifications
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100) * AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
