Motivate and drive the performance of a team of 15+ Business Sales Consultants Complete daily quality checks, live coaching, and feedback sessions with the team to ensure that the standard of calls is excellent. To review team performance daily and support the team individually and as a whole, with ongoing coaching and support to improve performance and ensure that targets are achieved. To monitor daily activity from the team. Support any team members underperforming to ensure that the team are hitting minimum KPI's and conduct monthly 1 to 1's to review performance.Benefits
