divh2System Administrator/h2pLeidos is seeking a System Administrator for a 200+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsors Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM/ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The System Administrator will work with a large team of developers, software engineers, and data engineers in order to design, develop, implement, and maintain a Cloud-Native Service Architecture that Software Development teams will leverage to use cloud capabilities. The successful candidate will support continuity of our customers mission by helping to modernize and implement industry standards while ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of IT systems. This role works directly with implementation teams to provide technical guidance and implementation priorities related to cloud implementation. This role requires supporting an on-call rotation to ensure mission critical services remain operational 24/7/365. Rotation is typically to be on-call 1 full calendar week every 2 months./ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliThis Role provides technical guidance and delivers an innovative product, service for a combination of products and services that address a customers specific requirements./liliSupports the development of enterprise software solutions with AWS./liliDuties include developing innovative approaches and solutions, using non-quantitative tools and guidelines from past experience/liliSecurity Patching/liliSupport of Servers in an AWS environment/liliProvides execution guidance and practical engineering support for mission teams/liliEnsures that mission critical applications remain operation 24/7/liliSupports a COTS service that provides attribute data via an LDAP interface to hundreds of various Sponsor systems/liliStrong communication, design, and documentation skills/liliStrong time and workflow management skills/liliWork within the parameters of Agile Scrum methodologies/li/ulpRequired Quals:/pulliActive TS/SCI with Polygraph/liliBS degree and 12+ years experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree./liliMust be an Expert in using Linux-based operating systems with strong experience working in Command Line (Bash)/liliMust have experience with security accreditation process/liliMust have experience with the Cloud / Amazon Web Services/liliExperience in Cloud Technologies and infrastructure-as-code concepts in an automated fashion/liliUnderstanding of aspects of architect and design enterprise cloud solutions and AWS/liliMust be able to support System Administration/Privileged Access duties including an on-call rotation for a week approximately every two months/liliExperience with Elastic tools (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats)/liliMust be detailed oriented and have excellent oral and written communications skills/liliExperience interacting with cross functional project teams including Software Development, System Engineering/Verification and Validation, Security, Compliance and Quality Assurance/liliMust have experience working in Agile environments/liliExperience working with DevOps CI/CD related technologies (Github, Jenkins, Puppet, Docker, Rundeck, etc.)/liliAbility to read and perform complex software and infrastructure deployment instructions/li/ulpDesired Quals:/pulliExperience with LDAP Technologies/liliMinimum of one AWS Certification from the AWS Associate level (AWS Certified Architect Associate, AWS Certified Developer Associate, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate)/lili3+ years of C2S experience/liliExperience with Cloud Formation, Tomcat, NGINX/liliUnderstanding and knowledge with Identity and Accessibility development practices IAM/IdAM/ICAM delivery systems, Authentication, Authorization, and/or Attributes/liliExperience with containerization implementations/liliFamiliarity with Ansible, Javascript, and SQL/li/ul/div
