Our mission is to build trust with every client and elevate the remodeling experience into a timely and enjoyable process./ppstrongBenefits/Perks:/strong/pulliPaid training/liliCompetitive compensation/liliBonus opportunities/liliSteady work/liliGrowth opportunities/li/ulpstrongDuties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliManage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end./liliMaintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients./liliConduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided)./liliHave confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed./liliTrack and maintain notes in our CRM software./liliRepresent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional./liliCommunicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process./liliGenerate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulli5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the home remodeling or kitchen space./liliBilingual in English/Spanish/liliVery good with technology (computer and smartphone)/liliHighly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic/liliSocial media savvy: knowledge of maintaining a Facebook/Instagram business page and responding to social media messages preferred but not required./liliOptimistic and enthusiastic with a friendly personality./liliAbility to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment./liliProfessional appearance and demeanor suitable to working in clients homes./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills./li/ulpDo you take pride in your work and want to be part of a growing local company that values your skills?
