With over $1.5B in damages claimed to date, the team is pushing the boundaries of whats possible in legal document generation. The team owns EvenUp Demands, our flagship product that enables higher settlements and faster resolution times, as well as Medical Chronologies, our newest and fastest-growing producta true startup within a startup. Medical Chronologies delivers comprehensive, high-quality medical summaries that elevate legal representation across both pre-litigation and litigation. As part of this team, youll work on complex, high-impact problems at the intersection of frontend engineering, AI-powered workflows, and user experiencehelping shape the future of AI-driven legal technology./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDeliver high-quality frontend systems that power core document generation experiences/liliPartner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope and deliver impactful solutions/liliLead frontend architecture decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance/liliUphold high standards for security, reliability, and compliance across customer-facing systems/liliContribute to team culture through mentorship, feedback, and continuous improvement/li/ulh3What Youll Do/h3ulliBuild and evolve user-facing workflows that integrate traditional SaaS patterns with modern AI-driven functionality./liliRapidly prototype and ship new features that deliver immediate customer value./liliWork closely with product managers, designers, founders, and engineers to scope, design, and deliver high-impact solutions./liliLead frontend architecture and engineering best practices across complex, high-scale systems./liliDeliver secure, compliant, and production-ready code, ensuring reliability through testing, reviews, and performance monitoring./liliParticipate in on-call rotations, incident resolution, and documentation to maintain operational excellence./liliMentor teammates through thoughtful feedback and active participation in team culture and continuous improvement./li/ulh3What We Look For/h3ulli5+ years of experience building modern frontend applications using TypeScript, React, JavaScript, CSS, and the DOM/liliStrong experience designing and building reliable, observable, and performant systems/liliProven ability to deliver production-ready software, including frontend architectures and API integrations/liliTrack record of owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end/liliComfort operating in fast-paced, startup environments with evolving requirements/liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams/liliHigh ownership, strong accountability, and a problem-solving/li/ulpEvenUp has been made aware of fraudulent job postings and unaffiliated third parties posing as our recruiting team please know that we have no affiliation or connection to these situations.
