Processing freight Assisting with price changes/markdowns Balances register according to company policy Calls out prices for customers when ringing transactions Bags merchandise efficiently when completing a transaction Handles cash, checks and credit cards according to company policy Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks Maintains housekeeping duties as assigned Provides proper customer service, including greeting customers, abiding by fitting room policies, ringing customers in promptly, and thanking customers for shopping Follows all safety procedures Maintains a professional, neat appearance, including wearing a name tag Assists management in merchandising the sales floor according to stock levels Assists management with tasks per company policy Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions Assists Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures and reporting incidents of theft or dishonesty Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) Employment details
