Job Overview As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative processes and solutions that leverage diverse data sets for data mining, analysis, and predictive modeling. Your expertise will enable informed business decisions as you uncover insights into key business challenges through statistical techniques applied to both structured and unstructured data from various sources. In this collaborative role, you will engage with different departments and clients to clearly define requirements and analyze business problems. With your advanced knowledge in mathematics, statistics, and analytical methods, you will develop effective solutions that enhance business performance. You will create dashboards, algorithms, and reporting tools from concept to full production, ensuring clear communication of your results to various audiences. Staying abreast of current and emerging technologies will be essential for your role. Key Responsibilities Extract and compile a variety of information sources and large data sets to identify and analyze trends and outliers. Establish processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending departmental performance metrics. Prepare and analyze reports as required by state mandates. Work collaboratively with internal and external clients to research and develop new standardized reports and processes. Implement and utilize analytics software and systems to support departmental objectives. Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience. Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
