Key Responsibilities: Lead and cultivate a high-performance team of software engineers dedicated to delivering exceptional products and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster technical innovation and drive significant project success. Devise and execute technical strategies aimed at meeting our business goals. Create an environment that promotes continuous learning, growth, and professional development. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of software engineering experience or a PhD with 4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on technical management. Proven ability to recruit, build, and lead technical teams, with experience in performance management. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficient in supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers at various skill levels. Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a diverse team of engineers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hands-on technical management of large-scale distributed systems. Compensation: $184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
