What Youll Do
You will be a hands-on member of a small, tight-knit warehouse team. Key responsibilities include:
- Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders for our menu cover business with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure orders are packed correctly, labelled properly, and staged for carrier pick-up.
- Inventory Receiving & Inspection
- Receive incoming shipments weekly: unload trucks, verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Inspect inventory for damage, correct labelling, and overall quality.
- Organize products in the warehouse and keep locations clearly labelled.
- Inventory Counts & Control
- Perform regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory counts.
- Help investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Returns Management (Website + Amazon)
- Process returns from our website and Amazon FBA/FBM orders.
- Inspect returned items, determine if they can be restocked, refurbished, or scrapped.
- Computer / Systems Work
- Work in Shopify to view and process website orders.
- Interact with Amazon FBA and FBM dashboards to help manage shipments, returns, and order status.
- Use basic email and spreadsheets as needed.
- Assembly work
- Work alongside other trained warehouse associates to complete assembly work; training will be provided
- Document measurements, specs, etc. on spreadsheets as needed
- General Warehouse Duties
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist with staging and prep work for engine parts assembly.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs (boxes, cases, and materials).
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the warehouse during the shift.
What Were Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, ideally in order picking/packing, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet on a daily basis.
- Ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail (right items, right labels, right counts).
- Reliable, on time, and able to work MondayFriday consistently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a small team.
Nice-to-have (preferred, not required):
- Experience with Fishbowl WMS, Shopify, or Amazon FBA/FBM.
- Previous experience processing returns.
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
We offer a wage premium for certified forklift operators.
If you are not certified yet, we are willing to train and support you to earn your certification.
