* Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the facility
* Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality care standards
* Mentor and develop department leaders and staff
* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community
* Drive initiatives for operational excellence, financial stability, and employee engagement
*Qualifications*
* Current NHA license in New Hampshire (required)
* Proven leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
* Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
* Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
* Passion for resident-centered care and community involvemen
