divh2Senior SharePoint System Administrator/h2pLeidos is seeking a senior SharePoint System Administrator to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DOD. The SharePoint System Administrator will support infrastructure services, operations, and maintenance across multiple enclaves of different classifications with remote administration for server farms located in centralized data centers. The SharePoint Admin shall deploy, operate, and maintain SharePoint services, including load balancing, PKI authentication, and claims-based authentication as well as support site setup, permission management, troubleshooting, and service requests for customers as well as content and knowledge managers. This individual will work in a team environment to ensure mission needs are met and ensure functionality of capabilities of customers. This role requires an individual that is technical, customer oriented, and familiar with using SharePoint. This individual should be detail oriented in order to capture customer inquiries appropriately. Role requires excellent oral and written communication skills./ppPrimary tasks include:/pulliInteracting with site/collection owners to handle service inquiries and problems./liliProvide implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems./liliRapidly distinguish isolated user problems from enterprise-wide application/system problems./liliDevelop solutions for complex problems, update Knowledge Articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect changes to the environment./liliOversee SharePoint projects to include minor and major version upgrades, routine maintenance, and expansion of capabilities to meet emerging requirements./liliIdentify methods for direct integration with Identity Management (IdAM) technologies./liliAssist users with manual migrations from older SharePoint versions to SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint Online./liliManage permissions of new and existing site collections and their associated lists, items etc./liliManage access to O365/M365 applications based on SharePoint technology such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, and SharePoint Online./liliConduct searches and purges of data from operational systems as required by cyber security, legal, compliance, FOIA, and other legitimate sources./liliManage asset library, risk database, and business rhythm calendar (Leidos best practice) to enhance situational awareness for stakeholders./liliCoordinate with customers and stakeholders to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions associated with incident tickets and requirements./liliProvide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken, After Action Report (AAR) etc.) for Root Cause Analysis, engineering technical assessment, and process improvement initiatives./liliSupport customer requirements in a 24/7/365 mission environment./liliUpdate operations and maintenance documentation for 24/7/365 IT Operations Center personnel to assist with after-hours triage and troubleshooting of common SharePoint problems./liliManage project goals/assignments, oversee major upgrades, minor modifications, and restoration efforts following service degradation and outages./liliManage work assignments for team, review and assign customer incidents, requirements, and tasks within ServiceNow ITSM ticketing platform./liliManage work performance for subordinates, provide periodic feedback, and document performance against employees goals and corporate guidelines./liliReview and approve timesheets for assigned subordinates in compliance with corporate standards./li/ulpBasic qualifications include:/pulliExtensive experience with SharePoint technologies to include SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019 and SharePoint Online./liliExperience with configuring, installing, and securing SharePoint systems./liliExperience with managing SQL clusters in support of SharePoint farms./liliExperience with patch maintenance for SQL clusters and SharePoint farms./liliExperience with PKI authentication and claims-based authentication./liliExperience with utilizing load balancers such as F5 BigIP Load Traffic Manager or Citrix NetScaler./liliExperience managing M365/O365 cloud offerings such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint Online./liliExtensive experience with patch maintenance for SharePoint farms./liliExperience with routine maintenance processes and willingness to conduct scheduled maintenance during approved maintenance windows./liliExperience with Change Management fundamentals to ensure proper planning, execution, and documentation of changes to the environment./liliExperience with Tier 2 Tier 3 system administration./liliExperience troubleshooting issues in a growing environment./liliExperience with reviews, incident analysis, and identification of issue trends./liliTime management skills./liliStrong oral and written communications skills./liliTrack record of working effectively within a team, and support to peers toward improved processes and results./liliExperience with IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing systems such as ServiceNow./li/ulpEducation typically requires a BS degree and 8 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain./ppCertifications include:/pulliCandidate must, at a minimum, meet DoDM 8140.03 (previously DoD 8570) IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC, or higher)/liliNo industry certifications are required for this position, though a relevant certification in VMware, Windows Server Administration or similar technology is beneficial./li/ulpClearance:/pulliDue to the nature of the government contracts, we support, US Citizenship is required./liliTS/SCI with specific polygraph required for Position or TS/SCI and willingness to complete a polygraph./li/ulpPreferred qualifications include:/pulliFamiliarity with using Nintex, InfoPath, and/or PowerBI platforms for creating and managing workflows./liliExperience configuring and managing SPPatchify for patch maintenance of large SharePoint farms./liliMicrosoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent certification related to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and their administration./li/ul/div
