About the Role: As a Cyber Security Solutions Architect, you will collaborate closely with our product development and engineering teams to enhance security features within our Diabetes care and Digital Health products. We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual who excels in teamwork, communicates professionally with clients, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities. Your Responsibilities Include: Designing and implementing software security solutions that align with industry standards for encryption, recovery, authentication, audit logging, hardening, and patch management. Developing and conducting training on software engineering procedures related to vulnerability scans and static code analysis. Leading product security risk assessments and hazard analyses, while mentoring software engineers on vulnerability remediation strategies. Staying updated on recent trends in secure system design, emerging threats, and new attack methodologies to provide informed guidance to product teams. Assisting in the development of Incident and Vulnerability Management Plans and comprehensive Product Security White Papers. Participating in product security incident response efforts. Collaborating with other technical departments, including the Penetration Testing Team and Systems Engineering. Maintaining strong alignment with Quality Assurance and Technical Services. Advocating for secure coding practices and promoting standards throughout the software engineering team. Conducting technical design reviews and code inspections to give constructive feedback to project teams. Essential Qualifications: Deep understanding of key security standards and best practices such as NIST 800-53, ISO 270xx, CWE, CVSS, and OWASP Top 10. Knowledge of Windows networking fundamentals, including IP protocol, switches, and routers. Experience working within regulated environments and adherence to quality management systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on interpersonal interaction. A proven work ethic with dedication to fulfilling project objectives. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years in software development and systems architecture. At least 5 years of experience implementing security controls in software. 5 years of experience in C#/.NET development. A minimum of 3 years focused on secure coding practices.
