The KidStrong Sales Associate requires knowledge and skill in lead management, selling, and closing, and will be responsible for executing all aspects of the sales process. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, an excellent listener, and capable of clearly articulating the KidStrong mission. Prior experience in the franchising industry is preferred. The ideal candidate would also have a strong passion for fitness, kids, and education!/ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliOutreach and Engagement: ulliInitiate contact with potential members via phone and text to promote KidStrong programs and membership opportunities./liliUtilize scripts and marketing materials provided to effectively communicate the benefits of KidStrong membership./liliBuild rapport with leads and trial customers to drive conversions and achieve sales targets./li/ul/liliLead Management: ulliQualify leads based on established criteria and assess their needs and interests in KidStrong programs./liliProvide accurate and timely information to potential members about membership options, pricing, and program details./liliFollow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales./liliGuide new members through the enrollment and onboarding process./liliCommunicate with center leadership on status of leads, joins, and Trials to make sure families have a great experience and facilitate smooth transition from phone to in-center./li/ul/liliSales Performance and Reporting: ulliMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions using CRM software./liliTrack sales metrics, including conversion rates, lead response times, and member retention rates./liliCollaborate with center leadership on solutions to achieve sales goals./li/ul/li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliProven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on phone-based sales or telemarketing./liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and via text messaging with a high-degree of professionalism in all interactions./liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously./liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment./liliFamiliarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)./liliExperience in the fitness or education industry, particularly with childrens programs./liliKnowledge of sales techniques and strategies for membership-based businesses./liliBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred./li/ulpstrongSphere of Interaction:/strong/ppThis position will work closely with the KidStrong SoHo staff and owners. A high level of collaboration and professionalism is required.
