divh2Sales Representative/h2pThe Sales Representative plays a vital role in communicating the value and benefits of the MDVIP program to prospective members through a personalized, consultative sales approach. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment and possess strong verbal and written communication skills./ppSales efforts are focused on engaging patients of transitioning physicians through outbound calling campaignsnot cold callingensuring a receptive and informed audience. Comprehensive onboarding and training are provided to develop a deep understanding of MDVIPs mission, program features, and operational procedures, enabling representatives to deliver consistent, high-quality service and results./ph2Key Responsibilities/h2ulliThrough outbound call campaigns, sells patients on the benefits of MDVIP membership in an MDVIP-affiliated physician practice. Discusses the components of the program to discover which program components may appeal to the prospective patient to demonstrate the value of the program./liliHandles inbound call activity and accurately documents Salesforce (CRM system) with the outcome of all inbound and outbound interactions./liliPerforms general research and problem resolution. Escalates patient issues and concerns to management, as necessary./li/ulh2Key Competencies/h2ulliDemonstrates thorough knowledge of MDVIP policies, procedures, and offerings to ensure accurate, consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers./liliMaintains a professional, positive, and service-oriented approach when handling all telephone, written, or digital inquiries./liliManages communication effectively with MDVIP-affiliated physicians and their staff in relation to membership-related activities./liliProven success in outbound calling campaigns, with the ability to meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, talk time, quality scores)./liliDisplays professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems. While not required, foreign language fluency may be considered a plus./li/ulh2Minimum Qualifications/h2ulliHigh school diploma or GED/liliTwo (2) years of experience and/or training including prior customer service in a call center environment, OR business / administrative experience./li/ulh2Preferred Qualifications/h2ulliAssociate degree/liliPrevious experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, preferably in a healthcare, membership, or service-driven environment./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools./li/ulh2Why Join MDVIP?/h2p Be part of a mission-driven organization leading innovation in personalized healthcare.
