Key Responsibilities Leverage business knowledge, data, and analytical tools to explore and uncover root causes of issues.
Monitor systems to ensure efficient process execution and resolve any issues impacting purchase orders and receiving.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to brainstorm, develop, and recommend actionable solutions, clearly defining and documenting business challenges.
Conduct exploratory analysis to identify root causes and validate or refute hypotheses.
Utilize advanced analytics methodologies for data modeling, analysis, and data cleansing.
Recommend data-driven solutions while summarizing the financial and operational implications and evaluating alternative approaches.
Partner with Data Engineers to design data models for analysis, reporting, and to establish standard metrics reporting.
Lead analytics initiatives that yield significant ROI and guide business partners in addressing analytical challenges.
Mentor and support the development of less experienced colleagues.
Independently devise methodologies for the successful execution of new projects.
Contribute to or oversee complex, large-scale projects.
Be a self-starter, a collaborative team player, with a high emotional intelligence.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
At least 5 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI preferred.
Experience in healthcare analytics and value-based care preferred.
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and more.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
Prior experience with oncology data is preferred.
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is beneficial.
Proficiency in multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP) is desirable.

Contribute to the development of policies and procedures aimed at achieving specific objectives.
Propose new practices, processes, metrics, or models to improve operations.
Lead or participate in complex projects that have a significant long-term impact.
Deliver solutions that set industry precedents.
Independently determine methods for completing new projects.
Receive general guidance on overall project objectives while exercising autonomy over task execution.
Act as a mentor to junior staff, fostering their growth and development.
Anticipated Salary Range:
