Identify, collect, integrate, and cleanse data from various sources such as field medical engagement, MSL CRM, publications, congresses, and medical inquiries. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across medical systems including Veeva CRM and analytics platforms. Work with IT and Data Governance to automate data processes and improve data accessibility. Organize data in flexible structures to meet cross-functional needs. Maintain documentation to support audit readiness, including data definitions and analytical methods.
Medical Insights and Stakeholder Analytics:
Derive actionable insights to inform medical strategies and priorities. Assess key medical activities and identify patterns to enhance operational effectiveness. Engage with the External Engagement & Field Excellence team to identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) using data-driven methodologies. Collaborate with global medical teams to optimize resource allocation and outreach strategies.
Medical Operations and Performance Management:
Define and track core metrics for critical activities, working with Medical Excellence & Operations colleagues. Implement performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making. Design consistent KPI frameworks across regions. Prepare dashboards and performance summaries for senior leadership insights.
Insights Reporting and Communication:
Create interactive dashboards and reports to display trends and insights to stakeholders. Train stakeholders on the functionalities of dashboards and analytical tools.
Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies and drive automation to streamline data workflows. Enhance the structure of dashboards and reporting tools through innovative solutions. Explore new technologies to improve data analysis speed and depth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication:
Work with various stakeholders to align on methodologies and share insights. Create scalable analytics processes and develop dashboards. Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in data analytics roles, with a minimum of 3 years in the pharma or biotech sectors. Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL. Experience managing large datasets and developing impactful dashboards. Familiarity with Medical Affairs systems and compliance principles is preferred. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality performance. Deep understanding of medical affairs objectives and scientific communication. Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Salary:
Minimum $117,027.00 - Maximum $175,030.00 plus incentive opportunities. Company benefits:
