Minimum Qualifications: To be considered, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 12 years of programming experience in a relevant programming language, or 8+ years with a PhD.
Proven ability to develop a multi-year roadmap where short-term projects contribute to a long-term mission.
Experience in leading large cross-functional engineering efforts.
Ability to utilize data and analytics to clarify technical issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
Proficiency in communicating and collaborating across functions to drive effective solutions.
Experience mentoring and influencing executive stakeholders across various organizations.
Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques, including text preprocessing, tokenization, and sentiment analysis.
Understanding of information retrieval concepts such as indexing, querying, and ranking.
Experience with data structures and algorithms, particularly in graph theory and optimization techniques.
Public Compensation: $219,000/year to $301,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Industry:
