About the Role We are seeking an experienced individual to take charge of leading the technical requirements gathering and design sessions for our infrastructure service systems, whether cloud-based or on-premises. You will play a key role in translating the service and product vision to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) team, ensuring that expectations and design documentation are clearly communicated. Your responsibilities will include identifying project constraints and risks while actively researching modern technologies and tools that can optimize our processes and meet business needs. You will guide the MSP in creating effective scopes, designs, and presenting Proof of Concepts, assessing their technical feasibility and potential risks. Furthermore, you will ensure that all solutions align with our existing enterprise architecture and business standards. Your key accountabilities will include: Collaborating with leadership to outline technical roadmaps and strategies. Driving innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies to enhance existing solutions. Leading the design of complex infrastructure service solutions. Approving specifications and setting high standards for technical excellence. Working with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure service solutions effectively. Understanding and addressing business problems by proposing alternative technical solutions. Incorporating user feedback to influence design decisions for applications and products. Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree and/or 6 - 8 years of relevant experience. The compensation range for this role is $100,158.00 - $186,008.00 per year, based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois. Your final salary will be determined by various factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. This position may also be eligible for commission.
