We're looking for a commercial, highly motivated Sales Director with electronics industry experience to lead our sales strategy and team as we scale in the UK and Europe. Responsibilities

Degree or equivalent qualification preferred (Engineering, Business, or related discipline). Strong leadership and people-management skills. Highly organised with a disciplined, process-driven approach to sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Commercially astute with strong margin awareness. Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on Resilient, proactive, and accountable.
