Verathon is hiring a Territory Manager to develop and grow our Critical Care business in London, selling a market‑leading airway portfolio across OR, ICU and Emergency settings. This is a field‑based role with full ownership of a high‑value territory, combining capital equipment and single‑use disposables, and working closely with clinical and senior hospital stakeholders.
The Portfolio You’ll Represent
Verathon developed the first video laryngoscope in 1999 and is now the global market leader in video laryngoscopy. The GlideScope portfolio supports a wide range of clinical workflows with advanced visualisation systems, blades, stylets, and accessories.
BFlex single‑use bronchoscopes, launched in 2019, deliver the convenience of disposable technology with the performance expected from reusable scopes. When paired with GlideScope, BFlex provides the industry’s first total airway solution.
This is a portfolio used daily by clinicians in high‑acuity environments where performance, trust, and reliability matter.
Your Role
Own and manage the Critical Care business across your London territory
Execute structured sales strategies aligned to Total Available Market (TAM) analysis
Generate new business while developing long‑term relationships with existing accounts
Build strong partnerships with clinical stakeholders, senior hospital leadership, administration, and BioMed teams
Drive revenue through in‑person prospecting, product evaluations, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
Manage and forecast a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Develop strong market knowledge and adapt strategy as customer needs and market conditions evolve
Provide accurate sales reporting and business insights to leadership

Organised and disciplined, with strong pipeline and follow‑up habits
Able to engage confidently with clinicians and hospital decision‑makers
Motivated by selling technology that improves patient care and clinical outcomes

2+ years’ B2B outside sales experience
