As our MG operation in Bradford continues to grow, we are offering an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious, inspiring sales leader to take the helm and drive the department forward.
The Person We are looking for a highly professional, dynamic, and commercially focused General Sales Manager with a proven background in the motor trade. The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate a customer‑centric approach and commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities As a hands‑on and engaged GSM, you will:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Managers, Controllers, and Sales Executives to exceed business targets.
Manage departmental costs in line with dealership KPIs.
Maximise sales performance, profitability, and market share.
Drive continual improvements in customer satisfaction.
Ensure the sales process is followed to the highest standards.
Skills & Experience Required To succeed in this role, you will need:
Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
High levels of organisation and adaptability.
Up‑to‑date knowledge of employment practices and motor trade trends.
Joining Cars2 MG Bradford as General Sales Manager, you will receive:
Up to £80,000 OTE
33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
