Description Of Work
This Client Manager position provides a single portal of entry for consumers who are referred to WorkSource West (WSW) for assessment, training and placement into one or more training programs. This position will provide services to ensure consumer support, safety, appropriate training and successful placement into competitive employment. The selected candidate will gather and manage all consumers' records required to assist in individual case decisions regarding consumer acceptance and participation in the evaluation and training programs at WorkSource West. The selected candidate will manage the orientation for all new consumers served on the assigned caseload, will be responsible for evidenced based documentation of work with consumers into the case management system, and providing monthly updates and recommendations during case staffing's based on consumer performance. This position serves as the main coordinator of all consumer information related to their progress towards the identified employment goal on their rehabilitation plans.

Knowledge Skills And Abilities/Management Preferences
Salary Range: $31,084 - $54,397

Recruitment Range: $31,084 - $46,000

  • Knowledge of casework management and processes
  • Knowledge and experience working with persons with disabilities
  • Demonstrated experience working with the public and in groups
  • Valid driver's license required for travel to perform job duties

This position is funded in part through federal funds.
