• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary reminders.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records in our dental software system.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal care.
• Assist with general office tasks and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly and positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in dental office procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency.
