Cashier/Customer Service

Stash House Vape & Smoke is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in vape and smoke products, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with all local and state laws regarding age-restricted products.

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Assist customers with vape, smoke, CBD, and accessory product selection
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash accurately
• Verify customer age and follow all legal compliance requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Restock inventory and assist with product displays
• Answer customer questions and provide basic product education
• Monitor store activity to help prevent theft or loss
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Vape or smoke shop experience is a plus, but not required
