Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a highly motivated passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on retail appliance and mattress sales.

• Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience

• Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to assist customers in selecting products

• Utilize time management effectively to balance customer interactions and store tasks

• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

• Assist customers with appliance, electronics, and mattress inquires.

• Be knowlegeable in all areas of products of our business, through guided and self learning.

• Proficiency in retail sales techniques

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Experience in appliance, electronics, or furniture sales prefered.
