Production Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting daily production operations within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in glass manufacturing settings, possess mechanical aptitude, and be comfortable operating various tools and equipment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial setting.

Duties

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including assembly lines and power tools
• Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and assembly line procedures
• Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to move materials and finished goods efficiently
• Perform routine inspections of machinery and report any malfunctions or safety concerns
• Support the setup, changeover, and maintenance of production equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of tools and machinery
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards

Skills

• Proven experience in factory or manufacturing environments, with familiarity in assembly line operations
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Ability to operate forklift safely; warehouse experience is a plus
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
• Prior experience with warehouse operations or using mechanical equipment is preferred
