We are seeking an experienced Intake / Scheduler to join our home health team. The successful candidate Must Have experience working in Home Health and MUST be Bilingual and will be responsible for creating and managing patient documentation and schedules, ensuring that all services are provided in a timely manner, and providing support to the care team. The ideal candidate will have prior home health experience, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. We are also looking for someone experienced with Kinser/Wellsky software. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Fax via emails, coordinate home health services for patients.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and family members to ensure timely and appropriate services are provided.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
• Call Doctors to verify if patient is established with their office
• review order dates and services requested
• must work at a fast pace and enter patient information accurately and correctly

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
