Summary
We are seeking a Full Time AM (7am-3pm) Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Handle reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Previous Hilton PEP experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in phone systems and office software; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
