About the Role

As an HVAC Technical Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical support to both external and internal customers. You’ll be part of a collaborative technical team, providing assistance via phone and email, and occasionally visiting sites as needed. Continuous learning is essential, and you will maintain your technical expertise through ongoing training. Our diverse product portfolio includes VRFs, chillers, and split systems.

Your Responsibilities
  • Handle technical calls from customers, both internal and external.
  • Respond to technical emails and coordinate customer assistance site visits.
  • Prepare detailed reports for customers.
  • Assist in training apprentices.
  • Manage out-of-hours technical calls following your training.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with HVAC Products (VRFs preferred, along with chillers and split systems)

  • F-gas certificate

  • Hydrocarbon certificate is a plus

  • Guilds or NC in Refrigeration

  • Valid UK driving license

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 360 & Outlook

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites
