About the RoleAre you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We are looking for a proactive Area Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our Power & Pump division across the Midlands region . In this role, you will:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Drive sales, rental, and profit growth across our diverse portfolio.
As our Area Sales Manager, you will:
- Coordinate, manage, and deliver the Sales plan for your territory.
- Introduce the Carrier range of products and services to the market, targeting strategic opportunities to enhance market share.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide industry-leading standards to our customers.
- Prospect for new customers while expanding opportunities with existing clients.
- Continuously develop your product and application knowledge.
- Contribute to and utilize Carrier Rental System data systems, especially our CRM.
- Provide insightful reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales in your area.
- Assist in the collection of payments due for services rendered.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Outside sales experience within Plant Hire or Construction (experience selling pump solutions is a plus).
- Familiarity with electrical power supply equipment like generators, solar, or battery storage solutions.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Effective communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- A self-motivated attitude and a passion for success.
- A valid UK driving license.
