Chubb Fire & Security , a proud member of the global Carrier group, is on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre team in Blackburn. If you're ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

You’ll enjoy a balanced 37.5-hour work week , Monday to Friday, with day shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM . For example, you might work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM .

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to both our internal and external customers. You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including:

• Field-based Engineers
• Account Managers
• Our Branch Network
• External Customers

You'll work closely with Customer Service Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience!

• Respond to inbound calls professionally and effectively, meeting agreed response times.
• Demonstrate outstanding service to all customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
• Accurately record and process information.
• Take ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
• Proactively identify and escalate any incidents that may affect service delivery.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Experience in a call centre, telephone customer service, or customer-facing roles.
• A proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• The ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• A team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
